SMALL TEAM, BIG IMPACT

Building inclusive cultures in law firms.

The Opportunity

INCLUDE® is an organization created by a brother and sister duo, Kelly and Michael Brown, to help law firms build and sustain an inclusive workplace culture through their simple and scalable inclusive leadership method.

As a small team, they did not have the capacity to focus as much attention on their marketing and brand building as they’d like.

In order to enhance their online presence and reach more clients, they connected with our team at Wayward Kind to help them dive into brand development, marketing strategy, and website design.

The Goal

As a small business doing important and highly specified work in inclusivity and workplace culture, it was important for Kelly and Michael to get clear on their messaging.

During our time together we worked with them to understand and develop their target audience of law firms and to develop both messaging and a marketing strategy for reaching those clients.

As leaders speaking to other leaders and law professionals, their messaging is straightforward and to the point, while highlighting the most important aspects of what they offer.

The Results

Through our work together, Equity In The Center took a number of effective steps toward a more comprehensive approach to marketing and achieved significant growth milestones like:

  • Audience Development: We dove into audience research to pull out and define target audiences + their desires.
  • Marketing Strategy: With their audience in mind, we put together a strategy to implement storytelling and marketing efforts through multiple channels
  • Branding: We dialed in their brand identity and purpose, using a collaborative approach
  • Website Design & Development: With fresh branding and strategy, we designed and developed the INCLUDE® website to enhance their online brand presence.

“Thank you again for your incredible work. We appreciate so much how you are able to translate the brand into tools and resources that are useful and meaningful to our clients! We look forward to our continued partnership with you.”
