Golden Care is on the front lines of providing senior care in San Diego, helping elder community members to live independently and safely in their homes for as long as possible.

When they came to us, they were already an award-winning community partner. They were ready for a brand and website that was as accessible as they were.

Their commitment to access and care for seniors sparked our interest. We dove in.

The Goal

Golden Care had the foresight to know that a new brand and website alone wouldn’t help them reach new clients. They didn’t just need a new look, they needed ongoing strategic marketing partnership to make sure their brand continues to be recognized as the best in-home senior care services company in San Diego.

While we were rebranding and building their new website, we also developed Google Ad campaign, worked on on-page and off site SEO, social media audience growth and engagement and more.

When interviewing Golden Care’s clients, we learned that many family members were often hesitant to entrust the care of their loved one to just anyone. They really wanted to feel a connection with the team that was providing care. To help meet this need, we developed a welcome video that talks about Golden Care’s mission and why it was founded, and introduces the core team.

As Golden Care continues to grow and expand, they needed a more reliable method of tracking leads, assessing lead quality, and managing sales workflow. We migrated them from a legacy CRM system over to Hubspot to more easily track leads throughout the sales cycle.
When it was time to launch the new brand, the Golden Care team was ready to roll it out across all platforms quickly and wanted the ability to create content on their own. We made it easy for them by creating templates for everything from Hubspot marketing emails to social media campaigns, to landing pages.
